Privacy & terms
Clear boundaries for people, code, and agents.
Last updated: 11 September 2026. This page explains the current website and planned service practices in plain language.
1. What this covers
This notice covers the Improvisus website and the WebMCPify Core, Search, Guard, Cloud, Bench and Ready services operated by Improvisus. Some services are not generally available yet; their production practices will be documented before launch.
2. Information we receive
We may receive information you choose to provide, such as an email address or support message; basic security and request logs from our hosting provider; privacy-limited website analytics when enabled; and, for connected products, the repository, environment, agent or capability data you explicitly authorize.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the service, respond to support, manage beta requests, verify capability behavior, provide requested reports and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
4. Website and agent analytics
Website analytics are disabled unless the deployment explicitly enables configured analytics providers. When enabled, those processors may receive page paths, referrers, browser or device information, approximate network location, and sanitized product events under their terms. Automatic element capture and session recording are disabled in this integration. We do not intentionally send tool arguments, secrets, or raw form contents. Cloud may separately offer optional, scoped capability analytics and monitoring with customer-controlled access and retention.
5. Repository and environment access
Managed workflows are designed to run in isolated workspaces. Access is limited to repositories, branches, deployments, credentials and data sources a customer explicitly grants. WebMCPify does not claim permission to inspect code or systems outside that scope.
6. Sharing and processors
We may use infrastructure providers to host and secure the service and, once configured, providers such as an email delivery or database service for beta requests. We disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users and the service. A current processor list will be published as production services are introduced.
7. Retention, security and choices
We aim to retain information only as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual obligations, security and law. No system can promise absolute security. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting support.
8. Children and international use
The services are intended for developers and organizations, not children. Information may be processed where Improvisus or its providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Terms of use
Use WebMCPify only on systems you own or are authorized to test. You remain responsible for reviewing generated changes, granting repository and environment permissions, protecting credentials, complying with third-party site terms, and approving consequential agent actions. Beta and experimental features may change, be interrupted, or produce incomplete results.
Open-source components are governed by their repository license. Unless separately agreed, hosted services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Do not use the services to bypass access controls, scrape prohibited data, harm systems, or misrepresent verification evidence.
